Hand-Jueyin Pericardium Meridian
The Hand-Jueyin Pericardium Meridian starts from the chest, runs along the medial aspect of the upper limb, and ends at the hand, connecting the pericardium and communicating with the heart and triple burner.
Origin: It originates from the chest within the pericardium cavity, enclosing the heart. The internal pathway pertains to the pericardium and connects with the triple burner.
Upward Course: From the pericardium, it ascends along the chest wall, emerging at the lateral side of the breast (Tianchi, PC1).
Superficial Path: Starting from Tianchi (PC1) in the chest, it descends along the anterior border of the medial aspect of the upper limb (ulnar side of the biceps brachii), passes through the cubital fossa (Quze, PC3), and continues along the forearm between the tendons of the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis, terminating at the tip of the middle finger (Zhongchong, PC9).
Branch: Emerging from Laogong (PC8) on the palm, it runs along the radial side of the ring finger and connects with the Hand - Shaoyang Triple Burner Meridian.

Hand-Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian
The Hand-Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian starts from the outer canthus of the eye, runs along the lateral aspect of the upper limb, and ends at the tip of the ring finger, connecting the triple burner and communicating with the gallbladder and ear-related organs.
Origin: It originates from the fourth (ring finger-side) fingertip, ascends along the dorsal side of the hand to the wrist. The internal pathway pertains to the triple burner and connects with the gallbladder.
Upward Course: From the triple burner, it ascends along the lateral side of the upper limb, emerging at the shoulder (Jianliao, SJ14).
Superficial Path: Starting from Jianliao (SJ14) at the shoulder, it descends along the posterior border of the lateral aspect of the upper limb (lateral side of the deltoid and triceps brachii), passes through the lateral epicondyle of the humerus (Xiaxi, SJ10), and continues along the forearm between the radius and ulna, terminating at the outer canthus of the eye (Sizhukong, SJ23).
Branch: Emerging from the temple area (Tongziliao, SJ20) near the outer canthus, it runs along the side of the head, connects with the Gallbladder Meridian, and reaches the ear-related regions to communicate with the auditory and temporal - orbital structures.
